Dental Practice Act
The Louisiana State Board of Dentistry has not printed a Dental Practice Act
since 2003. There have been several changes in legislation as well as rules.
In order to keep you abreast of current regulations, we have compiled the
following information which is current through the 2008 regular session
of the Louisiana legislature. As rulemaking is an ongoing process, updates will be placed
here as soon as they are available.
