Dental Pactice Act
The Louisiana State Board of Dentistry has not printed a Dental Practice Act since
2003. There have been several changes in legislation as well as rules. In order
to keep you abreast of current regulations, we have compiled the following information
with statutes current through the 2007 regular session
of the Louisiana legislature
and rules current
as of December 20, 2007. As rulemaking is an ongoing process, updates will be placed
here as soon as they are available.
